All apartments were stripped back and brought to life with modern finishes and appliances. We converted two apartments into garden apartments, updating the rear gardens with a modern Hamptons feel.

Apartment block enhanced and modernized
Venture Construction was engaged to undertake a full renovation of an existing block of 4 apartments and common areas. All apartments were stripped back and brought to life with modern finishes and appliances. We converted two apartments into garden apartments, updating the rear gardens with a modern Hamptons feel.
All apartments were leased within two weeks of the project completion.
