Classic house revitalised

The owners wanted to enhance and update the existing house in one of Double Bay’s most popular streets.

 Our Brief

• With a monochrome palette, Venture Construction updated and refreshed the classic house
• Re-plastered all walls to create a flawless finish
• New French doors and the removal of an existing fireplace opened up the living and TV room
• Updated the kitchen and added new marble bench tops and splashbacks
• New custom bi-folds to the rear courtyard created a modern indoor-outdoor space
• Re-sanded and stained the floors
• Updated the entrance areas
• Re-landscaped the front yard and renewed the front garden and front fence
