Four in Hand Hotel, Paddington
The brief was to add an additional restaurant and function rooms to the iconic 4 in hand hotel in Paddington. Under the direction of SJB Interiors, Venture Construction opened up existing storage rooms and a manager’s office to create a private dining/function room. A cocktail bar was built to service the area along with a private bathroom.
New bar and function areas in an iconic Hotel
The Four in Hand is a famous pub in Paddington. Venture Construction redeveloped an unused first floor area into a new bar and function room, adding a new dimension to an iconic part of the Paddington entertainment precinct.
Our Brief
- To create a new functions / wine bar area, separated and self-sustaining from the existing bar and restaurant
- To add toilet facilities and dry bar
- To semi-partition the area to cater for groups of varied sizes
